Conventional commit checks in local git hooks and CI, from one native checker.
What it is
Checks Conventional Commit headers with one small native checker, and runs the same checker version and .commit-guard.json policy in local commit-msg and pre-push hooks and in GitHub Actions. The installer verifies a SHA-256 manifest before it installs the workflow, the policy file and the hooks. The action needs no checkout, reads commit metadata and policy through the GitHub API, and ships binaries for Linux, macOS and Windows on amd64 and arm64. No Node or package manager needed for native checking.
